Psychiatrists - Kent

We are seeking passionate and skilled Psychiatrists to join a expanding mental health services across Kent. Whether you're a Consultant Psychiatrist, Specialty Doctor, or newly qualified, we offer roles that provide clinical autonomy, strong peer support, and genuine work-life balance. You will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing mental health conditions for patients in either community, inpatient, CAMHS, or forensic settings — depending on your expertise and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and manage treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support for junior doctors and allied health professionals
• Participate in clinical audits, governance, and service development initiatives

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status (or willingness to obtain)
• CCT in Psychiatry (or within 6 months of completion), or equivalent overseas qualification
