Position Overview:

<li>Role: Consultant Psychiatrist – Clinical Assessments</li>
<li>Location: Southampton (in-person or hybrid options)</li>
<li>Pay: £80+ per assessment (higher rates for complex cases)</li>
<li>Contract: Freelance / Self-employed</li>
<li>Hours: Flexible – work as many or as few hours as you choose</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct structured psychiatric assessments for a variety of services</li>
<li>Prepare clear, evidence-based clinical reports</li>
<li>Engage with support staff and case coordinators where needed</li>
<li>Adhere to clinical governance and GMC professional standards</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Full GMC registration with a license to practise</li>
<li>CCT in Psychiatry or equivalent clinical experience</li>
