Region: Chesterfield, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Nottingham & Derby

Salary: £50,000 + £600 monthly car allowance

Hours: 40/week | 4 days in homes, 1 day WFH

About the Role:

Join a highly regarded elderly care provider as a Quality Support Manager, overseeing 9–12 homes across Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. This is a hands-on, field-based role with a strong clinical focus—perfect for an RGN who thrives on audits, training, governance, and improving care quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct clinical audits (medications, care practices, mealtimes)
• Support Home Managers to maintain Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Develop and deliver clinical training and review policies
• Assist with clinical recruitment and onboarding
• Report insights and recommendations to the Quality Director

Who We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
• Experience as Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in elderly care
• Strong governance, auditing, and leadership skills
• Proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple homes
