If you offer proven management experience, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining public confidence in dental services and protecting the safety of patients./p pAs International Registration Casework Manager, you will lead the International Registration Casework Team, which ensures that only dental professionals who meet the General Dental Council (GDC) requirements on education and training, health, good character, and English language are admitted to the GDC#39;s registers./p pYou will ensure the team is high-performing, target driven, and all quality checks and information is verified, accurate and consistent with relevant policy and legislation when processing applications for dental professionals to join the GDC#39;s registers./p pstrongYour key responsibilities will include: /strong/p ul liManaging, motivating, and monitoring the team to ensure all work is undertaken effectively./li liAnalysing and interpreting complex information regarding dental professionals./li liEnsuring the team maintains compliance with internal and external audit requirements./li liEnsuring that we have the latest information and are delivering an efficient and fair service./li liMaking informed judgements and decisions on cases relating to professional qualifications and experience, and health and character issues./li liDeveloping and implementing continuous improvement and best working practices across the registration process. /li /ul pstrongPerson Specification:/strong/p pYou will need proven experience in: /p ul liCasework management and working with committees or panels./li liLine management, including developing colleagues within their roles./li liApplying legislation to procedures./li liLeading, developing and managing multi-disciplinary teams./li liInvestigative, analytical and problem-solving to identify issues, propose solutions./li liCustomer service delivery./li liPrioritising and organising a busy, varied, and complex workload. /li /ul pstrongAbout us:/strong/p pOur primary purpose is to protect patient safety and maintain public confidence in dental services.
