Residential Conveyancer - Remote

Job Title: Remote Residential Conveyancer

Salary up to £45,000 DOE + Bonus

Location: Remote

If you are a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing | Case Handler who is used to working in high volume Remote based roles, then we would love to hear from you.

The Remote Conveyancing Role includes:

• Experience in managing purchases, sales and re-mortgage transactions.

• Experience in running a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision

• Able to run Title Checks and raise enquiries.

• Must be used to working remotely and for a volume residential team.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have:

• Good written and oral communication.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Able to work to deadlines.

• Used to volume conveyancing.

• A calm and helpful approach.

• Highly approachable.
