Care First is thrilled to partner with a reputable care group based in Bedford, currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join their vibrant team in a well-established and spacious nursing home.
About the Role:
As an RGN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administering medications and treatments in line with care plans.
Providing hands-on care and support to residents with a range of needs.
Monitoring and recording residents' conditions and progress.
Managing and updating care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Supporting and supervising junior staff members.
Assisting with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures.
Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during your shifts.
Communicating effectively with families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
Taking part in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
RGN Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN.
Must already be based in the UK..
Strong commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
Previous nursing home experience is preferred, but not essential.
RGN Position Details:
Position: Permanent, Full-Time Night Shift.
Hourly Rate: £21.00 - £22.00phr DOE, plus a generous benefits package.
