Job responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Supporting GP managers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct telephone and face to face consultations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct home visits</li>
<li>Process repeat prescriptions/referrals, assessments and consultations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with other clinical teams</li>
<li>Manage patient caseload&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Essential:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Must be a qualified registered GP with a GMC</li>
<li>Valid DBS</li>
<li>Previous experience in a&nbsp;general practice (ideal)&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
