As a Salaried GP, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient base. This role offers a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient consultations and manage a variety of medical conditions.
- Perform routine health assessments, chronic disease management, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health practitioners, to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and continuous professional development activities.
- Provide health education and advice to patients and their families.
Essential Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration with the ability to work in Australia.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in General Practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being autonomous in patient care.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Desirable:
- Experience in chronic disease management and preventative health programs.
- Interest in areas such as skin cancer, mental health, or women's health (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience working in a General Practice setting.
