Senior Care Worker (Days & Nights)Location: DronfieldHours: 36 per week (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am, paid breaks)Pay: £13.50 per hourService Users: Older People with Dementia and Physical Disabilities
Role SummaryProvide high-quality care and support to older adults with dementia and physical disabilities in a residential or nursing setting. Lead and support junior staff during shifts to ensure excellent person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.

Support residents' independence and dignity.

Supervise and guide junior staff.

Monitor and report residents' health and wellbeing.

Maintain care records and follow health and safety procedures.

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care preferred.

Experience with older adults, dementia, and physical disabilities.

Care background in residential or nursing homes.

Leadership skills.

Good communication.
