Are you an experienced Registered Manager within the Domiciliary Care sector ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead and grow a CQC ‘Outstanding’ home care and live-in care service in Burnham.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-quality, person-centred care service. You’ll lead a team of Registered Managers, Coordinators, Customer Care Managers, and support staff to ensure our customers remain safe, supported, and comfortable in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, effective leadership across care and office teams
Ensure delivery of safe, responsive, and high-quality care services
Drive growth in line with strategic business goals
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of staff
Manage budgets and support marketing and business development initiatives
Take part in the on-call rota and provide leadership in emergency situationsAbout You
Proven experience in a senior management role within the home care or healthcare sector
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in domiciliary care
Strong people management, communication, and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Business-focused with experience achieving growth targets
Relevant social care qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat We’re Looking For
