Senior Occupational Therapist - Maternity Cover
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £28,313.60
Hours: 30 hours per week (Fixed-Term)
We are seeking a fixed-term, part time Senior Occupational Therapist for our Acute service working with male and female patients. Fixed term contract due to start in April 2024 and end February 2025.
You will be working at a 30 bedded hospital that cares for patients 18 years and over in an acute setting.
The aim is to provide a person-centred approach in a therapeutic environment promoting collaborative care to optimise treatment goals and supporting patients to be discharged safely back into the community.
Role requirements:
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist Significant experience of working in complex mental health settings supporting vulnerable adults who present with a wide range of issues. Significant experience in occupational therapy assessment, treatment planning, delivery and evaluation in a mental health setting with minimal supervision In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a wide range of benefits including:
