Senior Occupational Therapist

Provide expert guidance and support in moving and handling practices.
Collaborate with social services teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
Conduct assessments in clients' homes to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Develop and implement personalized therapy programs based on individual needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and interventions.
Person Specification
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in occupational therapy.
Proven experience working with social services teams.
Strong background in home-based assessments and interventions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development and staying updated with the latest practices.
