• Leading on complex assessments and risk management within the working age mental health pathway
• Supporting and supervising team members, helping to maintain high standards of practice
• Contributing to care planning and multi-agency reviews
• Applying your in-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks
• Acting as a key point of clinical and professional support within the team
