A highly respected specialist school in South London/Surreyis seeking an experienced Band 6 School Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time role supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

Key Responsibilities for a Senior School Nurse:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to students with complex health needs
- Perform procedures including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and ventilatory support
- Deliver clinical training and supervision to school staff
- Act as lead nurse in the absence of the Lead School Nurse
- Collaborate with families and external healthcare providers to ensure consistent care planning
- Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards
- NMC Registered Nurse (Childrens or Learning Disabilities preferred)
- Experience with complex clinical care in paediatric or SEND settings
- Experience managing a team of Nurses and Care Assistants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Competitive salary up to £51,204 (Band 6, including London weighting)
- Monday to Friday schedule no weekends or night shifts
- Full-time, permanent contract (52 weeks per year)
