The Job:
We are seeking a confident vet with at least 3 years’ experience to come in and help tackle a growing case load of small animals, small furries and exotic animals. We get tonnes of surgical cases coming in: you will be seeing pyometra, c-sections, foreign bodies, cystotomies, ophthalmic surgery and dentals with plenty of frequency. We also get dermatology, orthopaedics, soft tissue referrals, and boast a large lab set-up. Training less confident vets and EMS will also be on the table for those who enjoy teaching.
Our team consists of 4 vet surgeons who are well supported by RVNs, care assistants and non-clinical FoH staff. We are one team so regardless of role, we value your time, opinion and always structure our days and culture to offer a supportive and growth driven environment.
We are based near Chelmsford in Essex and are lucky enough to be right on the doorstep of the beautiful Essex country side while being well connected to London and other major cities.
