Role: Service Manager – Complex Care
Location: Leicester
Salary: up to £80,000 per annum
NMC Registered Nurse Qualification Required
Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on a rewarding challenge? We’re looking for a strong, driven Service Manager to lead a specialist nursing home in Leicester, supporting residents with a wide range of complex needs, including:
- Complex Mental Health
- Neurorehabilitation

About the Role:
- Lead and manage a well-established complex care home with a focus on person-centred, specialist care
- Continue driving quality improvements and clinical excellence across all areas
- Build and develop a positive, high-performing team culture
- Work closely with regional support and clinical leads to sustain and build on the home's progress
- Grow occupancy while maintaining high standards of care
We’re Looking For:
- A Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- A proven leader with strong CQC knowledge, ideally with a “Good” inspection under your belt
- Experience in managing complex care services and supporting residents with complex clinical and behavioural needs
- A proactive, hands-on manager with a positive, energetic outlook
- Excellent people management, communication, and operational skills
- Longevity in previous roles and a passion for high-quality care
