Compass Associates is supporting a newly opened practice in Essex as they look to grow and add a new Veterinary Surgeon to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new site in the early stages of their development and make a real impact on the site.
The Practice:
Having opened Summer 2025, the team have quickly become well reviewed by local clients and are looking for new growth opportunities. They currently offer a mix of general practice services including both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries; dentistry, consults, airway surgeries and a variety more. We have brand new consult and surgery rooms as well as a team of nurses and non-clinical support staff already in house.
Based on the Essex coast, we are commutable from Colchester, Brightlingsea, West Mersea, Walton-on-the-Naze, Braintree and all surrounding areas.
The Role:
We are open to both experienced clinicians looking to help manage, and new graduates breaking into their first roles. You would see a good blend of internal medicine cases, surgical procedures and work on diagnostics (X-Ray and ultrasound in house).
