Therapy Links UK provides impactful services for families, educators, and professionals, aiming to reach and support as many people in the community as possible. We support babies, children, and young people up to age 25 who have communication, health, and developmental differences. Whether they have speech. language & communication needs, learning disabilities, or complex health needs, we provide specialist therapy and support to help them find their voice, build confidence, and thrive.
We support schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led. We have sessions available both within our "Pay What You Can Afford" clinic and across our schools service. Within our "Pay What You Can Afford" clinic there is the opportunity to work closely with families and the wider MDT team. Our schools service supports a variety of mainstream and special school settings, supporting nursery up to Post 16 provisions. The post will be built around the interests of the candidate. There is scope to get involved in service projects, develop skills in service development and leadership and really help shape the next step of the organisation. Therapy Links UK supports flexible working and can discuss flexible working options with the successful candidate.
As a small team we are in a good position to provide excellent support. We place strong emphasis on appropriate administration time, teamworking, support and CPD, and there is the added benefit of working alongside our physiotherapy and occupational therapy colleagues.
We are committed to building a diverse group of staff that better represent the people we support we therefore strongly encourage applications from candidates of colour, LGBTQ+ candidates, those with a disability, and those from other minoritised groups.
