We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing communication and/or swallowing difficulties in a diverse caseload of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
*
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
*
Provide direct therapy services in clinic, community, school, or home settings.
*
Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports.
*
Liaise effectively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and support services.
*
Contribute to the development and delivery of training and support to families, carers, and staff as needed.
Requirements:
*
Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
*
Current registration with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
*
Previous experience working with [children / adults / specific client group].
*
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
*
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if community visits are required).
Desirable:
*
NHS or UK-based experience.
*
Experience with specific interventions or communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton, AAC).
*
Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
