Female Support Worker (Complex Needs) - Stroud | £14/hr | Start by End of July ??We're looking for a dedicated female Support Worker in the Stroud area to support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where your compassion and independence will make a real impact.? The Role:<ul><li>Provide tailored 1:1 care in a domiciliary setting (not residential)</li><li>Support clients with a range of needs - emotional, behavioural, and practical</li><li>Join in on day-to-day activities including walks and community outings</li><li>Build strong, trusting relationships with service users</li></ul>?
