To be part of a team of seven supporting a 51-year-old male with a great sense of humour and positive attitude who has an acquired brain injury. He has a very short-term memory and limited cognitive functions. He is very intelligent and participates in many activities including arts and craft, sailing, flying, hiking, tennis, table tennis, snooker, pool and golf but needs to be supported every day to keep him safe.

The job will entail taking him to some of these activities on a one-to-one basis as well as supporting him in the home. You will be required to undertake some domestic duties which may include cooking the client's meals.

Whilst some experience is preferred, it is not essential as training will be given A clean manual driving licence is required and an enhanced DBS check will be undertaken. Right to Work permit or settled status required if non-UK.

The actual hours and shifts will be negotiated at the interview. Bank Holidays and on-call are paid at enhanced rates plus stand-by payments. There is opportunity for overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year pro rata plus additional payments
