An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join a growing specialist domiciliary care provider that supports clients with complex care needs. This company are rapidly growing and can offer someone clear progression as the company are looking to develop a training academy for other care providers in the future!

This role is ideal for a background with complex conditions including spinal injuries, brain injuries, and other high-dependency needs. You also need to have excellent communication skills and ideally previously experience leading training. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring excellence in care delivery by designing and delivering high-quality training across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training programmes for care staff, tailored to complex care requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programmes based on feedback and evolving client needs.
Maintain compliance with regulatory training standards and ensure staff certifications are kept up to date.
Work closely with the operational and clinical teams to ensure training aligns with client-specific care plans.
Identify training gaps and provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions as needed.
Support the onboarding and induction of new staff to ensure a confident, competent workforce.
Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the training function as the company grows.Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering training within the health and social care sector.
A strong understanding of complex care needs and experience working with clients with high-dependency conditions.
May be ideal for a former nurse with excellent knowledge of clinical care
Recognised training or assessing qualification (e.g. PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach with a passion for staff development and care quality.Benefits:
