Are you a proven care leader with a talent for turning services around?We’re seeking a passionate and driven Project Turnaround Manager to lead an essential short-term assignment, bringing your leadership, compliance expertise, and operational insight to one of our key residential services in Leytonstone.

?? What You’ll Do:-
Oversee day-to-day service delivery to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

Develop and implement a clear vision and improvement strategy

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal regulations

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team

Manage resources, staffing, and financial performance

Review and improve care plans, safeguarding, and risk assessments

Create and implement action plans to address service deficits

Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and regulators

Champion a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous learning

Strong leadership experience in adult social care settings

Proven success in service improvement or turnaround roles

Deep understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, and best practice

A people-focused, collaborative leadership style

Ability to manage change, influence culture, and drive outcomes

Relevant qualifications (Level 5 or equivalent) and CQC registration

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
