Location: Berkshire
Salary: £65,000 salary + company pension + private medical + 25 days holiday (rising with service) + excellent training & development + much more!
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) across Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:
Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing teams.
Ensure high standards of patient care through evidence-based practice.
Oversee the operational management of the ward, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead on recruitment, performance management, appraisals, and staff development.What we’re looking for:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
Strong leadership experience within a hospital ward environment.
Confident managing and developing nursing teams.
Experience from either the NHS or independent sector is welcomed.What’s in it for you:
