Customer Care Coordinator required to join a growing and established new build, new homes organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Duties: Breakdown issues reported into specific defects
Produce relevant remedial work instructions
Keep purchasers regularly updated regarding the progress of individual issues
Deal with all administrative functions as directed by other team members
Liaising with clients on a daily basis booking in technicians and subcontractors in what is a heavily telephone orientated position this person must be able to work under pressureBenefits: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Customer Care Coordinator - Chelmsford - Permanent - £33,000 A opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join my client, a House Builder, based in the Chelmsford area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales. This position is a full time role based in the office. Duties * Reporting to the Head of department, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale. * Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed. * Provide support and advice to sub-contractors. * Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
