*JOB PURPOSE* The purpose of the Care Coordinator role is to promote Sure Healthcare as the complete healthcare provider of choice within the local and surrounding areas for domiciliary care, supported living services and community support offerings. We are expanding with a rapid rate of growth thanks to our outstanding reputation and are looking to build on this. *ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITES* We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the rapidly growing North Lincs team. The position would be titled Care Coordinator and would report to the Registered Manager. The role will involve the ongoing recruitment of Healthcare professionals, assistance with coordinating weekly rotas, keeping regular contact with both staff members and clients to keep everyone fully updated and informed. Building lasting relationships to strengthen the company’s position and updating compliance documents and records as required. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will enable you to use and develop your communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team and the wide Sure Group division in their Head Office. The core attributes of the role will involve building strong relationships with existing clients as well as supporting the care team out in the community as and when required. Location – DN16 - Scunthorpe Hours of Work – Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm Salary - £25,000 What Will It Involve Recruitment via a variety of channels such as Indeed, social media, Reed etc Relationship Management Staff Engagement and team building General admin of compliance documentation in line with CQC requirements. As a healthcare provider we do operate a 24 hour on-call service, this will be shared equally on a rota basis with Other Office Staff. Previous experience as either a care coordinator or recruitment consultant will be highly beneficial. You will need strong rapport building skills to assist you with developing client and staff rapport, you must be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel). A background in the healthcare industry is essential. You will enjoy using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to barriers that stand in the way of achieving your goals. You will possess A+ customer service skills as you will be the face of the Sure Healthcare brand.

TSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator for a top new build housing developer based in Wakefield. This is a permanent role and we are looking for candidates who have Housing experience as well as high levels of Customer Service skills. The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising with customers, contractors, site and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships. Duties • Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints / queries. • Answer calls and e-mails from customers regarding their property repairs, dealing with them empathetically, professionally and positively, ensuring their queries are answered and resolved within the agreed timescales • Maintain regular communications/updates with the customers • Always follow the principles set out in the Customer Journey program • Ensure the Customer Journey tracker is viewed daily and upon receipt of the NHBC survey ensure all comments and information is logged • All defect repairs to be logged accurately • Maintain accurate and concise records of all repairs, solutions and notes/comments • Assist the Head of Customer Care to prepare informative and accurate reports for management meetings/director’s meetings as required • Responsible for managing all maintenance items properties and liaising with purchasers and subcontractors • General administration duties for the Head of Customer Care • Ensure the Customer Journey protocols are achieved, in the time frame allocate • Comply with our GDPR policy • Plan and monitor the work of the customer care supervisor in advance to ensure continuation of work. • Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers and Construction Director prior to arranging any meetings with customers for the Customer Care Manager.
