You will be based at our Gravesham Community Hospital location on our Sapphire Ward which comprises of 15 beds for Neurological conditions and 6 beds for general rehabilitation. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist you will provide comprehensive assessment, advice and treatment of patients with diverse Neurological presentations and complex physical, psychological and cognitive conditions. You will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload of patients whilst working alongside our talented multi-disciplinary team to provide patients with the identified support and equipment to promote independent living.
