Working through Medacs Healthcare, you'll play a crucial role in providing specialist Occupational Therapy to inpatients within the Orthopaedic service. Requirements for the role: Recent experience working with acute orthopaedic in-patients; including trauma, elective and general surgery
Be able to manage traumatic brain injuries with appropriate cognitive assessment and treatment planning
strong clinical assessment
manual handling
Experience of supervising and teaching more junior staff and of day to-day operational leadership
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
