CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Domiciliary Service.
* Cover client care calls as per weekly/daily rota on Care Planner.
* Conduct spot checks, supervisions, client reviews &amp; feedback, medication, moving &amp; handling competency checks.
* Facilitate the practical induction of all new care &amp; support workers.
* Ensure to carry out monthly support calls to assigned service users and update the system.
* Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessment and review of all other clients (in the absence of, or as requested by, the Registered Manager).
* Liaise with senior staff members and care staff to ensure that the highest standard of service is provided to service users.
* Allocate suitable alternative care &amp; support workers when an existing care &amp; support worker notifies that they are unable to attend a call.
