Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the transformation of adult services commissioning from both provider and commissioning perspectives.</li><li>Implement quality processes aligned with ASC models and CQC standards.</li><li>Manage workforce change, including TUPE planning and execution.</li><li>Provide strategic oversight and assurance on quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with health trust partners and respond to pending reports impacting service delivery.</li><li>Ensure delivery of all transformation objectives by March, with a key milestone on August 20th.</li></ul> Essential Experience<ul><li>Strong background in adult services commissioning.</li><li>Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within health or social care.</li><li>Understanding of provider-side quality standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC).</li><li>Experience managing complex change programmes and TUPE processes.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across multi-agency teams.</li></ul>

Quality Transformation Lead

Up to £68,000 (DOE) Island Veterinary Associates are looking for a dedicated GP Vet to join their team! The successful candidate will be given a well-balanced caseload of medicine and surgery. However, this role has the option to offer more of an emphasis for surgery, so this would be a good match for anyone that has that clinical interest. The role will be based exclusively at our Bloxwich practice. We’re offering a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata) for new hires too! A full time role would require you to work a 40 hour week across 4 days per week, on a shared rota with a fair shift pattern. You will be required at work 1:5 Saturdays mornings, and there is no out of hours however you may need to cover inpatient care should the need arise.
