Introduction to the Role:
In this role, you will provide an occupational therapy service to service users with complex needs within the neighbourhood community mental health team. This will include specialist OT assessment, planning and intervention to promote wellbeing, recovery and empowering person-centred practice. Although this is a dedicated OT post, the post holder will be required to hold and integrate both the OT specific and generic elements of their job whilst complying with the college of Occupational Therapists’ Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Key Responsibilities

To assess and manage ongoing risks ensuring this is done in collaboration with service users and carers.
