Implement Sensory Integration Techniques: Utilize your expertise as a Level 3 Sensory Integration Practitioner to deliver effective interventions.
Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, ensuring optimal care and outcomes.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care.
Maintain Detailed Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
Support Clients and Families: Offer guidance and education to clients and their families to enhance therapy outcomes and support home-based interventions.
Promote Mental Health Awareness: Advocate for mental health awareness and contribute to community outreach programs.
Participate in Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Manage Caseloads Efficiently: Prioritize and manage your caseload to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Your duties and responsibilities till be - Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights
Provide specialist OT interventions for a complex caseload
Keep up to date with new treatment methods and be actively involved in research projects relating to specialist area
Evaluate effectiveness of service and carry out audits where required
Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary team colleagues
Provide support and guidance for junior staff and advice with complex cases where necessary assisting in the treatment of such cases
Ensure risk management and safety procedures are in place for the OT Department and adhered to
Be responsible for department training and contribute to training and development of all staff
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues, visitors, and carers You will need experience working in a neuro rehabilitation setting to be considered for this role.
