We are delighted to be working with a fantastic and growing GP surgery that has proudly served its community for over 20 years. This highly regarded practice is now looking to welcome a Clinical Pharmacist to join their dedicated clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist who thrives in a primary care environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.
The Role:

<li>Position: Clinical Pharmacist</li>
<li>Start: Immediate</li>
<li>Hours: 2 days per week (16 hours only)</li>
<li>Hourly Rate: £30 per hour</li>
<li>Location: Dorset</li>
<li>Will need to have uk experience</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting</li>
<li>Holds an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification</li>
<li>Confident managing clinical medication reviews</li>
<li>Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines</li>
<li>Experience supporting vulnerable patient populations</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with senior pharmacists</li>
</ul>
