A bit about the role:
* Identify, signpost, or refer patients at risk of developing long-term conditions, preventing adverse effects on the patients health.
* Examine, assess, and diagnose patients and provide clinical care/ management as required.
* Triage patients and provide the necessary treatment during home visits.
* Maintain accurate clinical records.
* Support patients in the use of their prescribed medicines or over the counter medicines (within own scope of practice)
* Ensure that they always adhere to the relevant patient group directives and local clinical pathways.
* Support and work alongside the duty on the day team triaging patients via the phone and face to face.
Physician Associate requirements and qualifications:
* Must have either PG diploma or MSC
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have experience in a Primary care setting
* Has passed UK physician associate national re-certification exam

Customer Care Coordinator - Residential My client is looking to recruit two customer care coordinators. As part of the aftercare team you will be responsible for multiple projects throughout the defects liability period, and liaise between, the customer care team, customer, and contractor. Duties include:
Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously and issues logged appropriately.
Maintain the relevant Customer Service log/monitor.
Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/sales paperwork, filing, etc.
Liaise between sub-contractors and the division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out, check invoices, and forward for payment. Arrange contra-charges where necessary.
Liaise with the Buying department - order materials as and when required.
Coordinate the schedule of work for the maintenance team.
Support the department to ensure any issues that arise post-exchange are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
