Chester are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a well-structured and dynamic team. The client offers a full-time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension. The role is in the Community Access Team which is the front door team to adult social care. The team is multidisciplinary with Occupational Therapy and Social Work. Using an OT first model of practice with the aim of promoting independence and delaying or preventing the need for services. Main Duties for the Occupational Therapist includes.
