Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client's functional abilities and limitations.
Recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations to improve client's independence and quality of life.
Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans.
Provide guidance and support to clients and their caregivers on the safe and effective use of recommended equipment.
Complete manual handling assessments in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, recommendations, and interventions.
