To be successful in this role you'll need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you'll need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. You'll also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What we need from you?
Degree in Occupational Therapy

Fluency in written and spoken English essential, additional language skills are desirable.
Effective and adaptable communication using a variety of verbal and written techniques to the needs of the patient, family, carer and wider MDT
Ability to prioritise, delegate, organise and work effectively to a deadline
Experience of discharge planning, referral provision, adaptive equipment provision to support treatment and discharge and the use of appropriate outcome measures.
Experience of participation and presenting of in-service training
