RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conducting driving assessments (in clinic and on-road) · Formulating client goals, recommendations and providing client resources · Accepting auto insurance referrals and completion of OCF18s · Planning, monitoring and modifying treatment plans that include on-road driver training through the use of driving instructors. · Provide vehicle access assessments for drivers and passengers to enable them to enter / exit a vehicle and stow their mobility devices.
