Together we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team within a brand new specialist neurological service opening in April 2024 based in Irchester, Northamptonshire. The Senior Occupational Therapist will work in partnership with residents and carers to set realistic goals and develop collaborative intervention plans, with regular reviews to monitor progress and adapt. You will be familiar with the use of outcome measures such as FIM/FAM, CRS-R, WHIM and TOMS and you will have experience in managing a designated caseload using knowledge of relevant Occupational Therapy theory.
