In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with commissioning authorities, service users and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke Live-in care packages. You will also plan, coordinate, and supervise an existing team of carers based in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset areas. This role would suit someone looking to be instrumental in managing and delivering live-in care packages for some of the most vulnerable people in the community. We are looking to expand, and this means there will potentially be long drives to different counties. *The Role:* * Full-time permanent contract
* Quality management and supervision of staff
* Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
* Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed.
* Business Development (following up on inbound client leads)
* Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users.

* Willing to travel in a wide area to meet new clients.
