Care Coordinator

Our client based in Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner to join their wonderful team on a permanent or temp to perm basis. The job will be three days per week based across two surgeries and they have some flexibility on which days these are. They will accept both prescribers and non-prescribers and are willing to wait for the right candidate. Previous experience in a primary care setting is not essential.
