Senior Care Coordinator Due to growth and Client’s commissioned care hours covered. The Senior Care Coordinators work closely with the Operations Manager and Care Coordinators to ensure that the staff that they are responsible for are working to company and CQC regulatory requirements and ensure all documented evidence and requirements are being met through regular supervision and quality monitoring of staff. The Senior Care Coordinator will ensure that their team of Care Coordinators meet their KPIs in ensuring staff are compliant and supported. Key duties will include: Provide leadership and support for assigned group of carers and Care Coordinator’s Ensure that the company values are being met by all staff through regular observation and supervision and by leading through example. To ensure own Client’s rotas and team of Care Coordinator’s client rotas are scheduled in advance with suitably trained and compliant staff and ensure rotas and changes are communicated effectively to Client’s and staff.
