Job DescriptionSenior Staff Nurse - Oncology SACT Suite 15hr | Oaks Hospital An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Oncology Senior Staff Nurse for our stand-alone oncology unit at Oaks Hospital.The unit has 4 chairs and will deliver systemic anti-cancer therapy for predominantly solid tumours and some haematological malignancies. The roleThe successful applicant will be an experienced nurse and you must be able to demonstrate that you are motivated and forward thinking for the continued success of the department. You will be supported by a SACT Unit Sister and Lead Cancer Nurse. Job DescriptionQuality Improvement Lead - Diagnostics Home based with travel to meet the needs of the business Full Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to collaborate closely with both clinical and governance teams. This role will facilitate the effective delivery of clinical governance and quality management across Ramsay Health Care UK diagnostics Imaging services.The roleThe Quality Improvement Lead role involves managing clinical governance activities within diagnostic services, overseeing incident management and quality improvement programmes to ensure patient safety. Provide leadership, facilitation and specialist support to front line teams and leaders to help implement continuous improvement and quality management systems.The post holder will ensure clinical practices adhere to evidence-based guidelines, professional standards, and national directives.
