We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Site Director to lead this new site, overseeing clinical delivery and daily operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of research at the intersection of mental health, community care, and clinical innovation. What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our newly established clinical research facility in Doncaster</li><li>Oversee delivery of early-phase trials (including CTIMPs and non-CTIMPs) focused on mental health and CNS</li><li>Line manage a multidisciplinary site team including nurses, clinicians and support staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, MHRA and NHS frameworks</li><li>Act as the key liaison between Clerkenwell Health, NHS partners, sponsors, and vendors</li><li>Drive start-up, trial execution, close-out, and quality oversight</li><li>Maintain a patient-first approach while ensuring research excellence</li><li>Help define and refine operational models to replicate success across future UK sites</li><li>Support with the final set-up of this cutting-edge new facility (manage final furnishings, equipment, new vendor relationships etc)</li><li>Build the entire trial site team around you - lead on recruitment and coaching of new staff</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience managing a clinical research facility or site, ideally with exposure to CNS or mental health trials</li><li>Demonstrable ability to over-achieve on patient recruitment targets</li><li>Entrepreneurial attitude and great problem solver</li><li>Deep understanding of UK clinical trial regulation / GCP</li><li>Excellent leadership, operational and communication skills</li><li>Clinical or nursing background is desirable but not essential</li><li>Passionate about transforming mental health care through innovative research</li></ul> Join us at the forefront of mental health research, in a role that combines purpose, innovation and real-world impact. For businesses, we offer an integrated healthcare service that meets Occupational Health and Private Health needs. We are currently looking for a permanent occupational health advisors to join us from various locations across England in the provision of occupational health services for our clients. Services will be provided from clients' sites on regular or ad-hoc basis. In Barrow in Furness we are looking for a nurse to join us for 3 days a week. Role DescriptionAs a Occupational Health Advisor you will work closely with the occupational health team to provide high-quality healthcare services to our clients. You must provide accurate written, electronic and verbal reports, observing confidentiality always. The role may involve sickness absence medicals, pre-employment checks, health surveillance, D&amp;A screening and may include site visits and travel. Duties and Responsibilities · Providing healthcare screening, to preventing healthcare problems at work through risk assessment, education and training and other initiatives.· Managing sickness absence.· Pre-assignment, Offshore Medicals, Fit to return to work and Case Management Assessments.· Managing and undertaking a Health Surveillance programme for the workforce.· Drug and Alcohol testing.· Maintaining records &amp; diaries (electronic).· Providing regular activity and performance reports.· Providing other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time from ROC Management.
