The following terms and conditions are for use of the www.Work.Healthcare & www.Locum.Jobs job websites (the Site, the Sites, the Jobs Website, the Jobs Websites) which are owned and operated by Clinical Media Ltd (“Clinical Media”, “We”, “Us”, “the Company”).
You may access the Site in several ways, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, PDA, mobile phone and RSS feeds. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the Site, on whatever device.
By using the Site you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
1. Permitted Use
Subject to what is said below, material from the Site may be downloaded, viewed, listened-to, printed, copied on the hard disk of your computer (but not photocopied) and used for:
- Your own personal, non-commercial purposes
- Internal business purposes
- Non-commercial purpose of using the Site as a personal information resource in good faith ONLY
Single copies of pages from the Site may be printed for personal records only. Any other type of use, particularly distribution or commercial use, requires prior written agreement of Clinical Media.
1.2 Prohibited Use
- Posting, uploading, emailing or transmitting unlawful or infringing material
- Abusive, defamatory, obscene or harassing conduct
- Infringing privacy or data protection rights
- Unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes
- Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or programs that compromise integrity
- Creating databases from Site materials
- Re-circulating Site materials to third parties
- Any conduct that might bring Clinical Media into disrepute
2. Registration
- Provide true, accurate and complete Registration Information and keep it updated.
- Keep your password confidential and notify Clinical Media of any unauthorised use.
- Log out fully after each session; Clinical Media is not liable for losses arising from failure to comply.
3. Removal of Material and Cancellation of Access
- Clinical Media may cancel registration or refuse access without notice or liability (except for death/personal injury due to negligence).
- Clinical Media may remove any posted/emailed/transmitted material without notice.
- Clinical Media does not pre-screen contributions but may refuse/remove content at discretion.
- To object to publication of material, contact Clinical Media at 0208 267 5000.
4. Rights Clearances
Some Site material may belong to third parties. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licences and indemnify Clinical Media for failure to do so.
5. Submitting Content
- Clinical Media may publish, modify, or refuse your content at its sole discretion.
- You grant Clinical Media a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to republish.
- You waive moral rights under the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
- You warrant content is original, not obscene, abusive, hateful, or unlawful.
- You will not post material encouraging criminal conduct, infringing rights, or containing spam/malware.
- You indemnify Clinical Media against damages or claims arising from your content.
6. Liability
Whilst Clinical Media takes care over accuracy, content may contain errors or opinions. Continued service cannot be guaranteed. Liability is
excluded except for death or injury arising from negligence.
Users and advertisers are solely responsible for third-party content. Clinical Media is not party to agreements made with third parties via Site
materials.
7. Links
The Site may include links to external websites for convenience. Clinical Media is not responsible for content.
8. Viruses
Clinical Media does not guarantee the Site is virus-free. Users must have their own protection. Liability is excluded except for death/personal injury through negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
Names, images, and logos identifying Clinical Media or third parties are proprietary marks. Enforcement of rights is reserved.
10. Variations
These terms may be varied from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Severability
If any provision is invalid, remaining terms remain enforceable.
12. Jurisdiction
- The Site is built with UK users in mind; legality abroad must be checked by users.
- Governed by laws of England and Wales with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Clinical Media Advertiser Terms and Conditions (Including Job Advertisements)
These apply to advertisers posting on www.workin.healthcare and www.Locum.jobs.
By placing an Order you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
“Advertisement” means the advertisement in Your Order; “Confirmatory Email” means the email confirming your Order; “Fee” means the payable fee; “Service” means Clinical Media posting the Advertisement upon these terms; “You” means the client named in the Order.
Advertiser Terms and Conditions (Including Job Advertisements)
These apply to anyone wishing to post advertisements on www.workin.healthcare and/or www.Locum.Jobs, both owned by Clinical Media Ltd.
1. Definitions
- Advertisement: the ad specified in your Order
- Confirmatory Email: email sent to confirm your Order and, where relevant, payment
- Fee: fee for the Service as calculated on the order page
- Job Advertisement: an ad for a job or service contract on the Site
- Order: your request for Service submitted to Clinical Media
- Service: the act of posting your Advertisement on the Site
- Username and Password: login credentials Clinical Media gives you to manage Orders
- You: the person/entity named as Clinical Media's client in the Order
2. Your User Information
- Keep your details current, honest, and accurate
- Keep your Username and Password confidential; you are responsible for Orders made with them
3. Placing Orders
- All details for the Advertisement and required criteria must be provided with the Order
- Full payment details are required upon ordering; confirmation is sent if the Order is accepted
- Submitting an Order constitutes agreement to these terms; no variation is accepted without written consent
- Prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
4. Job Advertisements
- If you are an employment agency/business, you must ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations
- Clinical Media may remove Job Ads mismatching its rules (e.g., duplicates, non-genuine vacancies, forbidden links)
- Ads appearing discriminatory may be amended or removed without refund/liability
- You must deal fairly and professionally with respondents; suitability and verification are your responsibility
- Your Job Ads may be syndicated to third-party recruitment websites
5. Content of Advertisements
- You warrant all content is original, non-offensive, lawful, and owned by you
- No Ads to upset users, breach confidence, privacy, or process personal data unlawfully
- No links to unlawful or prohibited material
- No unsolicited business opportunity, spam, or viruses
- Breaches may cause Clinical Media loss; you indemnify against liability or consequences
- Clinical Media may publish, edit, or remove any Advertisement at its discretion
6. Changes and Notification
- Terms and pricing may change without notice; check before placing Orders
7. Overseas Customers
- All charges in GBP; card issuer may charge in your currency
- Orders from outside the UK are accepted at Clinical Media's discretion; services may not comply with foreign laws
Job Seekers Terms and Conditions
By using the Jobs Website, you accept these terms relating to:

- CV Search and Match services
1. Consent and Use
- Use of the services is free; Clinical Media acts as an employment agency but does not broker introductions
2. Account Creation
- Email address, password, and country required to create an individual account
- Keep login credentials safe
3. Data Sharing and CV Consent
If you want your CV shared with recruiters, you:
- Grant Clinical Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and sublicense your CV and info
You control CV visibility through account settings.
4. Retention and Deletion
- Your data is retained until you delete it or close your account; recruiters' retention of your CV is outside Clinical Media's control

- To create user accounts and deliver matching jobs and services
- To email you job information and marketing (unless opted out)
- To provide aggregate (non-identifying) statistics to third parties
- To allow recruiters (if consented) to view your anonymized profile and CV
5. Withdrawing Consent and Deleting Your Data
- You can delete your CV/account at any time; contact Clinical Media for full removal requests
Miscellaneous & Contact
- You are responsible for having equipment to post advertisements
- Clinical Media is not liable for indirect/consequential damages, except for fraud or negligence causing injury/death
- Clinical Media may charge administration fees for order cancellations or interest for late payments
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
