Join a leading healthcare team as a Locum Community Pharmacist, located near Ipswich.

About the Position:

• Locum role available
• Up to £35 per hour (D.O.E.)
• Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
• Lead on risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary working
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of all pharmacy services
• Immediate start available

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be registered with GPhC
• Confident managing vulnerable patient groups

• Strong understanding of general practice workflows
