This home is known for delivering high quality, person centred care to older adults living with age related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.Were looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled leader to take charge of day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a committed team in delivering exceptional standards of care. Your Role as Nurse Manager:<ul><li>Oversee the clinical and operational management of the home</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams</li><li>Ensure full regulatory compliance (NMC, RQIA) and uphold best practice</li><li>Promote a culture of empathy, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care</li><li>Maintain safe staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet residents' needs</li><li>Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Complete pre-employment checks and onboarding for new staff</li></ul>Whether youre an experienced Nurse Manager looking for a new challenge, or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up, this could be your next career move.
