Ideal Candidate:
- Previous DHD experience with adults
- Must be able to do Titration
- Must be UKAAN Qualified
- Independent Prescriber essential
- Must be registered with GPhC
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
- Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of general practice workflows
