Job description
We are seeking an Assistant Psychologist in Northampton to conduct psychological screenings using tools such as the AQ50, EQ40, RAADS-R, and Catch-Q. The role supports both NHS and private healthcare teams and may be carried out on-site or remotely. You will play a key part in the early identification of neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions, producing detailed reports to guide patient care and treatment planning. Key Responsibilities:
Administer, score, and interpret psychological screening tools
Produce structured reports to support clinical decision-making
Assist with patient triage, referrals, and care planning

Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Degree in Psychology or related discipline
Knowledge of AQ50, EQ40, RAADS-R, Catch-Q tools
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
Previous clinical or research experience advantageous
