Associate / Locum Dentist - Established and Forward-Thinking Clinic - Exceptional Private Uptake!
Near KetteringAn efficient and clinically focused dental practice is seeking a dynamic Associate or Locum Dentist to join their expanding team near Kettering. The practice prides itself on high-quality patient care, day-to-day efficiency, and strong support for clinicians.
About the Position (Associate):
- Part time position - 2-3 days per week
- £14-£14.50 per UDA
- 1,000 UDAs per working day annually
- 50% split on private treatments
- Support for special interest dentistry to generate additional private earnings - receptive clientele
- Modern, recently refurbished purpose-built practice
- High uptake in Cosmetic Dentistry - excellent earning potential £££
- Stable diary with strong oral health
- Immediate start available
About the Position (Locum):
- £450 locum day rate (2-3 days available)
- £16-£17 per UDA on over-achievement
- Approx. 25 UDAs booked per day
- Immediate start with ongoing opportunities
Private Potential:
- Proven proactive approach and success in patient conversion
- Denplan and Fee-Per-Item patients
- £60,000 income for Implants generated during a single open day - actively promote and generate private income
- Minimum of £340,000 private revenue generated in one year, continuing to grow

- Newly refurbished facility with experienced and engaging Practice Manager
- Hygienist support
- In-clinic Implantologist - mentoring opportunities available
- Specialist equipment including CEREC machine, CBCT, and iTero scanner
